Job description

Responsibilities:

– Conducting campaigns within Linkedin, emails, and Telegram;
– Communication and scheduling calls with clients;
– Packaging and upgrading of the agency account on UpWork
– Building a sales funnel for services on UpWork
– Maintaining the entire sales cycle (from searching for orders and presales to involve the project in the agency’s work)
– Support of essential communication on the project in the framework of cooperation with the client
– Preparation of letters, commercial offers, and other materials necessary for sales
– Control of the effectiveness of the use of the budget for promotion
– Gathering databases for campaigns.
– Maintaining reporting

Required Skills:

Experience in working as a sales/or lead generation manager in an outsourcing company;
1+ of experience in Lead Generation through UpWork, Linkedin, Telegram, emails and etc
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and WEB3;
Experience in creating and packaging an UpWork agency account from scratch;
Experience in lead generation (Western companies) in UpWork;
Understanding (and cases) in successfully attracting clients from Western markets) - from establishing a connection to presale and direct sale of services;
Communication skills, responsibility, high level of self-organization
Fluent English (conversational b2 is a minimum);
